Evenin' all. I can't say too much about this here but I'm looking for interested Glasgow based crew members for a semi-pro shoot at the end of April. If you are interested drop me a line. I'll contact people individually re: positions. The crew at the moment is made up of professionals and semi-pro's. If you think you might like a ride on a project with over forty actors and a crew of twenty, in the gorilla style, then let me know. I need CV's if available and will contact only those that I require.
I need a good DOP for the shoot. As the DOP is so important in the scheme he/she must be experienced, fast, used to working with mini-dv and willing to take on a degree of responsiblity.
The film is a ten minuter, it'll shoot two weekends and five nights, it may lead on to bigger and better things and it will only happen if I can raise the cash I need to cover insurance, travel, food and some equipment hire. It's 50 % on at the moment and I won't waste anyone's time... As I mentioned before we have a large number of crew already and it will be run as a professional shoot. Sadly there'll be no payment for those involved, but I say again it has possiblities which I can't go into at this point.
Thanks to everyone who helped with my last post re: Clapperboards and the DV dilemma.
I leave it with you, send me direct email if you wish.
Cheers
Carter

Hi, just to let you know i'd be glad to help out in anyway at all. I'm actuall based down in London but i could make it up for the weekend shoots no problem.
I'm a law grad, i make films all the time on 8mm, trying to gat the money to remake on 16mm, and i'd work really hard with a smile on my face. I've run before for post production so i look forward to doing every odd-job that needs to be done.
Please let me know if you need me at all, i'd love to be on board!
My e-mail is [email protected]
Cheers
Mark Hughes
